Commander Plywood (IS:303:1983) is manufactured from rotary cut hardwood veneers bonded with synthetic resins. Each and every step of the manufacturing process is carried out under strict vigil of a strong Quality Control team so that Commander can stand up to its name the ultimate blend of strength and stability. Use of best available synthetic resins makes it more stable and long-lasting than any ordinary plywood.

Commander Flush Door Shutters (IS :2202 P-1: 1999) are the most reliable both Single-Leaf and Double-Leaves (Splayed Rebate), are made up of hardwood timbers carefully selected to survive the constantly changing atmospheric conditions in & around your office/home .Each piece of timber is treated with preservations against all natural wood destroying organisms, dried, conditioned and pressed with Phenol Formaldehyde Resin under strict control of process parameters. All these well maintained processing makes Commander Flush Door Shutter Boiling waterproof, Wrap-free, sound proof and long lasting. Its smooth surface gives a perfect ground for paints, if at all required.

Commander Flush Doors come in two types : Decorative & Non-Decorative.
(a)Decorative (SL/DL): Impacts timeless grace to your décor with its elegant natural Colour and Textures without compromising on its strength, Security and acoustic properties.
(b) Non-Decorative (SL/DL): With its smooth finish and Un-indented smooth surfaces; can be Painted, Polished and Laminated with Moldings etc.

Bonded with PF resin(BWP-COM) it is rugged, warp free & strong enough to survive all weathers. Commander Block Board MR-COMM type is the best option for your interiors with limited exposure to moisture being bonded by our UF resin (M-fortified) it has all the required strength properties & finish for all uses and it requires little further work e.g. Painting, finishing etc.

Film-faced plywood
Film-faced plywood is a structural panel which has a phenol film forming its outer surfaces, and which is compressed in a hydraulic hot press at a much higher pressure than used in the manufacture of ordinary plywood. The phenol film is made up of a Kraft paper which is completely impregnated and reinforced with Phenol Formaldehyde synthetic resin, so as to impart impermeability to moisture, a high degree of gloss, and wear resistance. Film facing, therefore, imparts higher re-usability to the plywood, and superior smoothness to concrete.
